At times, we wish we could slow down the many changes that are occurring in our industry. Often we stop and think how nice it would be to get back to some of the basics that made our industry a great place in which to work. Given the changes in technology and the thinking that "bigger is better", it appears that the pace will only quicken and the changes will be more drastic. With that, opportunities open up.
Consolidated Insurance Agents, Inc. has as a goal; to manage the changes that are constantly placed before us and enjoying the work that we perform everyday. While working with well-established agencies, we will also assist an agency to become newly established.
As a "united group" we work together to overcome the obstacles that new, small or medium sized agencies run into each day. Our structure allows individual agencies, whether newly established or well established, to keep their independence and at the same time not having to face company demands, shrinking markets, and reducing commissions.
